PLUS Refund Policy

PLUS subscriptions provide ongoing access to app features, relationship tools, educational resources, and future updates. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the platform through which you originally subscribed. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are subject to the policies of those respective app stores.

Digital Lessons & Educational Products

PLUS may offer downloadable or streaming educational content, including:

• Relationship lessons

• Video courses

• Mini-courses

• Digital workbooks

• Educational resources

Because these products are delivered immediately upon purchase, they are generally nonrefundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact

PLUS Support. We will work with you to restore access or provide an appropriate solution.

Live Coaching Sessions

PLUS may offer individual or couples coaching sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full session fee.

If PLUS must cancel a scheduled coaching session, you may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• A rescheduled appointment at no additional charge. 

We understand that unexpected situations sometimes arise. Although this policy describes our standard practices,

PLUS reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds or account credits when circumstances warrant.

Promotional Offers

Special promotions, discounted purchases, gift certificates, coupons, and sponsored offers may have separate terms that will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Fraud Prevention

PLUS reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse of promotional offers, repeated misuse of the refund process, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the app and on our website. Continued use of PLUS after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
